  3. While I agree that making tech more girly can be aggravating, society does not encourage girls to participate in the field. Because of that, we need to meet girls where society places them and show how they can be in such a field while still following their passion and making a difference in their communities.

    While the resources are great, not all the girls will be able to access those websites; resources within the city that can be visited would also be useful.
